Torch Technologies is seeking entry to mid-level professionals to support the Missile Defense Agency’s (MDA) system test performance function at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs. The candidate will help produce and track analysis products for our MDA/SEP customer in support system wide flight tests, ground tests, and other simulation-based testing.

Candidates should be able to support MDA analysts in the publication of technical documents, such as final test reports and briefings as well as able to support the development and execution of a review process to ensure that technical documents are properly formatted and contain the correct security markings required to comply with all applicable Security Classification Guides.

Responsibilities include:

• Logistics support including Missile Defense System (MDS) Joint Analysis Team (JAT) scheduling, video-teleconference (VTC) logistics, and program management support
• Deliver management products to provide health and status of ongoing analysis products and associated delivery schedules
• Develop and provide truth data requirements for pre- and post- mission data products required for BMDS analysis
• Develop test data collection requirements and test plans
• Develop JAT requirements for facilities, networks, computers, and ancillary equipment to support distributed analysis operations for BMDS tests

• An Associate’s or Bachelors degree and 2-5 years of experience
• Efficiency with Microsoft Office Tools, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required
• MDA experience and some understanding of the MDS is desired
• Position requires the ability to obtain a security clearance
