As a care provider at our center, you will apply behavioral and developmental strategies to assist in our children’s development.
In turn, you will teach skills that provide a critical foundation for a child's growth and learning .
Key Responsibilities :
Provide attentive one-on-one care and behavioral / developmental support to children aged 2-6, emphasizing a nurturing and encouraging environment
Implement care plans under the guidance of our clinical team, ensuring they are suitable for the learning and growth of children
Build relationships with children's families

Qualifications :
Interest in and experience working with children we are open to a diverse set of backgrounds and experiences in working with with kids
Preference given to those currently in a degree program or holding a degree
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

$20.50-$26.00 / hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities. All staff members are considered every 3 months for a raise or promotion
