Torch Technologies is Hiring a Remote Subcontract Administrator

Job Description:
Successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced small business environment as a team player performing a variety of functions to negotiate, administer, monitor and track all subcontract activity related to but not limited to: T&M, FFP, IDIQ, CPFF, and Task Order subcontract types; have knowledge of the FAR, DFARs, and other related regulations; and possess the ability to prepare and review various agreements (subcontracts, consulting agreement, teaming agreements, and non-disclosure agreements); be proactive in keeping program managers informed on subcontract status; have ability to manage subcontractor performance and mitigate associated risks to quality, schedule and cost.
BS/BA in Procurement or Business Administration required with 2-5 years of experience performing procurement and/or subcontract administrative activities in a Federal Government Contracts environment. Qualified applicant will have good communication (oral and written) skills and the ability to establish and maintain a close relationship with internal and external customers and work independently and take a proactive role to assure that items are completed on or ahead of schedule. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products to include - Word and Excel. Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint Accounting Software is desired. NCMA or comparable certification a plus. Proposal support experience is a plus.
