Qualifications Required:
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent; or a demonstratable ability to perform duties.
Experience:
- 2 years of shipping/logistics experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating procedures. Forklift certification is a plus.

Primary duties:
Primary duties:
- Process sales order picks & print packing slips for shipping with Expandable.
- Process shipments online for UPS, FedEx, and other carriers as required. Lithium-ion certification is a plus.
- Generate international commercial invoice(s) and Shipping Letter of Instructions (SLI).
- Generate and review international import/export documents, including invoices, packing slips, and certifications.
- Ensure compliance for export shipment and meeting deadlines.
- Examine outgoing shipments to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Understand ERP (Expandable) system tools to process materials internally and externally.
- Maintain an acceptable level of quality workmanship and productivity.
- Suggest improvements to processes and documentation.
- Work cooperatively with fellow employees.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area.
Secondary Duties:
- Put incoming stock according to locations in the Expandable warehouse.
- Identify, report, and correct physical inventory discrepancies in stock locations throughout the year.
