DESCRIPTION JOB:

Position: Bakery Production
Pay: $13.00 to $15.00
Shift: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Monday through Sunday

 All shifts have different start times.
Work hours vary Saturday through Sunday with Overtime being mandatory. 

Job Details:

• Duties vary including transferring finished products from conveyors to trays, icing products, crumbling cakes or cookies for cake decoration, packing, sorting, and various positions throughout the plant.
• Fabulous Company with Paid Holidays and Excellent Benefits after qualifying. Stand for extended periods of time 8 to 12 hours. Lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications:

• An entry-level position requiring minimal training to fulfill tasks.
• Experience working in a high-volume production environment is preferred but not required.
• Experience in food production/baking environment preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED; must have demonstrated ability to read, comprehend, and record information applicable to the job.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Food Assemblers work as a team to assemble bakery items.

• Follow the recipe/instructions to ensure products are assembled correctly.
• Work on an assembly line.
• Correctly pack the product for shipment/delivery.
• Checking products on the production line for quality.
• Reporting machine faults.
• Assist in ensuring product quality.
• Ensure quantity is correct.
• Assure the product is aesthetically correct.
• Keep the area clean and organized.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
