Topsider Building Systems is Hiring a Residential Designer (FT) Near Clemmons, NC
- Candidates must be highly computer literate, have excellent communications skills (verbal and written), and able to competently work with engineers and building officials throughout the country.
- Knowledge of building codes in general and coastal construction criteria involving elevated structures and windloading issues is a plus.
- Meet with clients, sales department, project managers and others to develop the residential and light commercial structure designs the Company sells.
- Work closely with the CADD Manager to coordinating and organize the production of architectural drawings and shop details for client jobs.
- Coordinate efforts with outside consulting engineers, building officials, and others, including some contract relationships.
- Compensation: Based upon experience and qualifications.
