Topp Home is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales

Our team is growing at alarming rates and we are looking to add a key player to our organization as an Inside Sales Professional. You can expect to learn from the best leadership in the Industry. The inside Sales Representative will have the opportunity to make up to $30 per hour with a generous compensation package and the opportunity for upward mobility into leadership. The compensation package is comprised of:

*Paid Training

*Full Time - 40 hours per week

*Competitive Base Hourly

*Bi-Weekly Bonus opportunities

*Commissions

*Cash Incentives

*Benefits

Take Inbound calls from interested prospects and repeat customers

Schedule free in home estimate appointments for the outside sales team

Coordinate and manage appointment calendars

Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge

Field and resolve customer issues and questions

Make outbound calls to schedule new appointments, reschedule appointments and perform follow ups with prospects

Utilize consultative selling skills, we train you!

Correspond with customers and prospects via texting platform

Accurate data entry

Follow and execute any additional direction given by the management team that will assist in obtaining overall goals and objectives.

Other duties as necessary

Pay: $20.38 - $30.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
