TopDown Roofing is Hiring a Project Manager Near Nashville, TN
DUTIES
- Run sales leads that are self generated and office given
- Run point of contact with your customers throughout entire project
- Attend adjuster meetings with insurance company
- Conduct full roof inspections and chalk up damage as trained to do
- Educate your homeowners when they are filing insurance claim
- Attend your project installs to assure everything runs according to plan
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues
- Implement project management methodologies and best practices
- Lead project teams and facilitate effective collaboration
- Track and report project status to stakeholders
- Conduct project evaluations and lessons learned sessions
- Upload all project photos to CompanyCam
- Utilize JobNimbus and document all your notes in the proper places
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Proficient with DocuSign, CompanyCam and JobNimbus is a plus
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- 2-3 years of experience in sales
- Experience in quality management processes and techniques
