**Job Description**
We are currently seeking a customer service oriented Japanese and English Bilingual candidate for a well established retail company. The group works with an e-commerce platform for various Japanese related products: Books, Manga, Anime, Media, and gifts. The ideal candidate will have customer support experience and great communication skills.

**Duties**
* Customer support: Respond to questions and inquiries from customers over the phone, email and web communication sites.
* Coordinate merchandise modifications: cancellations, exchanges, and returns for vouchers or credit.
* Handles complaints and escalations by explaining store policies with an appropriate solution.
* Place order and process subscriptions through phone, email and online channels.
* Process invoices and coordinate with logistics teams and various stores.
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in related field strongly preferred
* Japanese and English language proficiency at the business level is a MUST
* Exceptional communication and networking skills is highly desired
