**Position:** Japanese English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

**Responsibilities:**

* Responsible for performing customer service function by handling all travel arrangements and responding to all travel related inquiries in order to meet customers needs.

* Performs Customer Service Functions

* Performs General Administrative Functions

**Required Skills/Knowledge:**

* Japanese language is required

* Ability to work 4 hours (5:00 9:00 shift or 14:00 18:00 shift) or 8 hours shifts, and work weekends and holidays

* Good dependability record

* Ability to operate interactive computer terminals and telephone equipment such as handsets and headsets for long periods of time

* Excellent verbal communication skills
