Top Tier Reps is Hiring an Employee Benefits Counsel/Partner Near Dallas, TX
The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of relevant experience, working with ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code and other applicable employee benefits laws on matters involving qualified retirement plans, executive compensation, including nonqualified plans and equity compensation plans, and health and welfare benefits. In addition, ESOP transaction experience is preferred. Although not required, the candidate having a book of business is a plus. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the state where the office resides. 10 years of experience working with ERISA, the IRC, qualified retirement plans, nonqualified plans and executive compensation preferred. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Experience with qualified retirement plans required.
Experience with welfare plans required.
Experience with nonqualified plans and execution compensation required.
