Job Description:
Top Notch Roofing Contractors, one of the fastest growing roofing companies in the Triangle, is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as a Roofing Salesman. This role is perfect for someone passionate about sales, enjoys outdoor work, and is grow with our company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform door-to-door sales to introduce our roofing services to potential residential and commercial clients.
- Inform potential customers about our various roofing solutions and services.
- Arrange and oversee roof inspections and consultation meetings.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and timely follow-ups.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Prior experience in sales, particularly door-to-door.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with a strong ambition to succeed.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Basic understanding of the roofing industry, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
