We are looking to add a Leather Technician to our growing team.

Being mechanically inclined is a must

Our ideal candidate would be willing to be cross-trained in several aspects of the business, but is not required to be.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair leather interiors
- Learn to use various equipment and machinery
- Assist in other areas as needed
- Work in a team environment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive restoration, leather interior, custom sewing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to take direction
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time (ability to lift 50 lbs multiple times per work day)

- A regular attendance schedule is necessary

- English speaking, some spanish is a bonus
