About the Role

We're on the hunt for a Marketing Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives on details, values interpersonal connections, and revels in crafting meticulous project plans. To be considered for this position, you should boast at least 3 years of relevant experience, showcasing your prowess in project planning. Comfort in navigating fast-paced environments with finesse and diplomacy is a must. Additionally, you'll need to demonstrate your ability to collaborate seamlessly across various internal departments and with external clients.

Responsibilities:

Our Marketing Project Manager oversees a diverse portfolio of projects covering all strategic marketing domains, ensuring the successful execution of campaign strategies and other marketing objectives to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Project Planning and Strategy: Collaboratively develop project plans, timelines, and budgets with stakeholders to synchronize with marketing goals. Clearly define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Resource Management: Identify and effectively allocate project resources, coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and freelancers to ensure project success.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders involved in marketing projects, including cross-functional teams and external partners. Regularly communicate project updates, status, and milestones to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all marketing deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Encourage collaboration among cross-functional teams involved in marketing projects, facilitating meetings and workshops to drive progress and alignment on project objectives.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent field, or relevant experience
  • Three (3) years of project management experience
  • Proficiency in online project management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate communication strategies and current market trends in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, across all organizational levels
  • Proven operational management skills, with a track record of successful project management
  • Collaborative mindset, dedicated to achieving exceptional outcomes
  • Experience in building and maintaining cross-functional relationships, including with agency partners, internal clients, editors, and influencers
  • Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated capacity for analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Location

Preference will be given to candidates in or near Phoenix, AZ, or in the Mountain or Pacific time zone.
