ToothHQ Dental Specialists is Hiring a Remote Dental Front Office Desk Receptionist- Coordinator-BILINGUAL-In Office (NOT REMOTE)

FULL-TIME BILINGUAL Dental Front Office / Dental Receptionist / Dental Office Manager needed. We are looking for someone who can work in their full capacity to make the office productive. Genyus LLC is a great workplace with excellent team members and a visionary doctor. Must have relevant experience working in the Dental industry.

We are looking for an outgoing and friendly person with good communication skills. This position will allow you to use all of your skills with room for advancement. Compensation is negotiable.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
Check patients in/out.
Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.
Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing reminders.
Communicating with dental insurance (as needed) to determine eligibility.
Collecting payment and posting payments in the Practice Management Software.
Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, filing, and checking emails/fax.
Keeping the schedule full by tracking referrals and leads.
Ensure that patient appointments, cancellations and last-minute adjustments are handled.
Respond efficiently to patient and doctor needs and inquiries.
Ensure the delivery of quality dental care to patients.
Oversee staff scheduling to ensure full coverage for the location.
Take responsibility for the appearance and functionality of the dental office.
All other duties as assigned.
Ability to understand the goals of the practice and work to obtain these goals, both independently and in the direction of the management team.
Excellent computer working knowledge.
