Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Dental Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dental office, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing excellent customer service to our patients. Bi-lingual a plus!

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes. This position requires strong administrative skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence - Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, and place orders as needed - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences - Manage calendars and arrange travel accommodations for staff members - Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents - Assist with financial management tasks such as invoicing, billing, and expense tracking - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to HIPAA regulations - Supervise office staff and provide guidance as needed - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role as an Office Administrator or Office Manager - Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with medical terminology or experience working in a healthcare or dental office setting - Knowledge of practice management software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
