Under general direction, this position is responsible for general preventative maintenance, repairs, service work and troubleshooting malfunctions of equipment in a designated territory on a daily basis; also responds to emergencies, as needed. EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED Have general knowledge of beverage equipment, grills and fryers; general plumbing, carpenter and electrical knowledge is essential; must be able to read a multi-meter; must be self motivated and have the ability to learn quickly and be able to troubleshoot equipment. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Must present valid driver's license and insurable; Must have good driving record. Take on-call rotations and be available to respond nights, weekends and holidays, as needed.
