Spare Feet Self Storage is a state of the art boat, RV, and shop warehouse facility located off 2590 in Amarillo and are currently looking for a part time maintenance technician ready to join our team and provide superior service to our tenants. This candidate needs to be a team player with a positive attitude.

This position requires someone who is willing to maintain the physical condition of the property, ensuring that service requests and repairs are done correctly and in a timely manner, maintaining preventative maintenance, recordkeeping, grounds maintenance, and other jobs as required.

The ability to work outdoors and the mobility and flexibility to perform standard maintenance duties is a must.

Hours are negotiable depending on availability.

Maintenance Requirements:

· Pest control

· Weed control

· Picking up trash

· Sealing concrete

· Sweeping vacant units

· Cutting locks with grinder

· Changing filters

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
