This individual will be responsible for learning all Bookkeeper responsibilities to maximize efficiency throughout the organization. Position: Accounting Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

• QuickBooks experience, minimum 2 years
• Always maintain confidentiality.
• Requires great organizational skills, fervent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task with ease and professionalism
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word

Proficiency in:

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Journal entries
• Reconciliations
• Daily Sales

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED is required; college degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 years of bookkeeping experience in a restaurant environment.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
