POSITION SUMMARY : The Courtesy Clerk delivers quality customer service. The individual will ensure the customer is satisfied and encouraged to come back to Cardenas Markets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Greet and interact with customers to address questions or concerns in a friendly, service- oriented manner;
- Bag customers' groceries in a careful and timely manner and assist customers with loading items into vehicle;
- Restock any returned items in appropriate shelf or display case;
- Collect shopping carts to ensure easy accessibility for customers' use;
- Follow safety guidelines of cart retrieval;
- Provide flexibility by helping in any area in order to support store needs.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :
Customer Service experience desirable
