Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of beverages in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to established recipes and standards
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations when needed
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Toast POS to process orders and payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food and beverages
- Monitor alcohol consumption of guests and ensure responsible serving practices are followed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar area
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues raised by guests
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash registers, and brewing equipment
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Strong sales skills to upsell drinks and promote specials
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic knowledge of food handling procedures
- Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Must be at least 18 years old (or legal drinking age in your location)
