Reports To: Assistant Site Leader and Site Leader
SWS Ventures is the holding company for several Tommy’s Express car wash franchise locations opening soon and operating in Lancaster, Berks, and Chester counties in Pennsylvania. Our car wash facilities are World Class and so is our customer service.
We are looking for full-time Car Wash Team Members that have winning attitudes to join our growing team.

General Duties and Responsibilities:
o Monthly Membership Sales Bonus Potential
o Retain, Grow and Maximize Membership
o Provide quick and friendly service at the window.
o Maintain customer database and information.
o Ability to assist guests and members with the Tommy’s Express App.
o Able to multi task and operate the point of sale system effectively.
o Open availability, including nights and weekends
o Help maintain Site, Grounds and Car Wash.
o Open and clear communication with the team.
o Handle cash in a safe manor according to company policy.
o Work well as part of a team

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work / Benefits:
- Full-time - 30 hours per week minimum
- Weekend and Evening flexibility

Compensation:
- $12-$14 with monthly bonus and opportunities for growth
