Reports to the Store Manager.

We are seeking a Manager in Training who shares Tomlinson’s vision and believes in our mission. The Manager in Training position will prepare you for leadership opportunities with Tomlinson’s. As theManager in Training you will c omplete weekly trainings through on the job training, videos, and readings. In addition to training, you will assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager in daily operations. All MIT training must be completed to move into an Assistant Manager and/or Store Manager role.

Tomlinson’s is open Monday-Sunday and Managers in Training should have the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Physical requirements
This position requires you to be on your feet for the majority of your shift. You must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis in order to stock the store and to do carry outs for customers.
Qualifications:Retail experience strongly preferred.
