• Train on new products and information about pet nutrition
• Receive, stock, and rotate healthy pet products while maintaining a clean and organized stock area
• Process purchase orders, execute pricing changes
• Acting as an example to staff while training, teaching and coaching
• Recognize opportunities to refresh training on core products and company processes as needed
• Work as a team with coworkers to achieve sales goals and milestones
• Communicate with Store Manager regarding store operations and needs and oversee store operations in the absence of store management
• Do what’s best for our guests and their pets

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis to stock the store and to do carry-outs for customers. This is an active role which requires you to be on your feet for most of your shift.
