```Duties:```
- Oversee the daily operations of the deli department, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow
- Manage and schedule a team of deli staff, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Ensure food preparation and production are in accordance with company standards and food safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, including equipment and storage areas
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate promotions and special events
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in a deli or food service management role preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety guidelines, and inventory control procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive experience for customers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient computer skills for inventory management and scheduling purposes
