Overview:
The Branch Manager is responsible for providing leadership to one of our unique branch locations throughout California and Nevada. While having the responsibility for overall administration of their assigned branch, this position is also focused on the safety and career development of branch employees, in addition to helping the team provide top-notch customer service support. Branch Managers must be comfortable multitasking, as priorities change daily. They are also the stewards of company values in the branch, which means treating all employees and customers with respect and kindness. Branch Managers work to maintain strong relationships between the branch and the sales team(s) to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled timely, efficiently and correctly. Branch Managers are responsible for ensuring their assigned branch is correctly staffed, as well as evaluating ongoing training needs. They must be adept with recruiting, interviewing and hiring as well as be competent assessors of employee talent. While taking the advice of the HR Department and the Assistant Branch Manager, the Branch Manager has the responsibility to ensure his branch is correctly staffed. This is an exempt position.
