Salesperson

As a NChevrolet Salesperson, your role is instrumental to our store’s day-to-day operations, providing product demos to prospects and enticing customers with the most exciting technology in automotive.

You will be the first point of contact at the store and enthusiastically build strong customer relationships based on authentic, ongoing engagement.

You’ll be instrumental in shaping our world-class customer buying experience.

What We're Looking For

Tom Hesser Chevrolet is seeking a Salesperson with an affinity for the automotive industry and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The Salesperson is responsible for delivering comprehensive product information throughout the sales and aftersales processes.

Our dealership seeks individuals with creativity to provide world class customer-oriented support.

We will provide everything else - including the most professional sales and customer-oriented training that is available.

No automotive experience required.

Successful and passionate retail sales, wireless sales, hospitality professionals, and customer service representatives looking for an opportunity to grow and develop your career, apply here!

Responsibilities

Provides comprehensive product information throughout the sales process, including vehicle configuration, product presentation, test drive, delivery / handover and customer service after purchase

Supports the Sales Management in product related tasks and activities

Greets customers in the sales and service departments.

Provides extensive and customer oriented product experience and explains complex features based on customers’ actual needs

Utilizes app and web based systems to help facilitate the sales process, optimize customer satisfaction, and ensure consistent delivery execution

Acquires and maintains total product knowledge on all vehicles and understands competitors’ vehicle features, benefits, and potential shortcomings

Achieves management assigned client satisfaction objectives and follows up with new owners to ensure satisfaction with their delivery process

Maintains high ethical standards and a professional appearance at all times

Qualifications

Maintain an enthusiastic, high-energy personality throughout the workday.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent listening skills.

Effective listening skills.

Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record according to dealerships guidelines.
