21^st Century Summer School Office Clerk SY 2022-2023

Office Clerk Responsibilities SUMMER CAMP LOGISTICS:

Summer school will be June 3 - June 27, 2024 Monday through Thursday 7:45 AM- 3:15 PM. The pay is $18.00 an hour. 

DUTIES:

• STUDENT ATTENDANCE: Accurate attendance records are a very important part of 21st CCLC & other grants. Our effectiveness as a summer school program is measured partly by how many students attend regularly.
• Communicate with staff and families effectively using various modes (email, phone calls, written)
• Support summer camp coordinators with clerical needs for a functional office environment
• Demonstrate G.R.E.A.T. Customer Service
• Complete documentation for grants as needed

STUDENT SUPERVISION AS NEEDED:

• During breakfast and lunch (according to a duty schedule)
• It is your responsibility to ensure Safety and Accountability
• It is imperative that we account for all the children participating in our program

Pay: $18 per hour
