Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and the food industry and providing excellent guest services.
Duties:
- Assist in kitchen preparation and set-up
- Provide exceptional guest services and relations
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Support bussing and cleaning of tables
- Operate Toast POS system or similar software
- Utilize cash register for transactions
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the food industry is preferred
- Proficiency in guest services and relations
- Ability to handle cash transactions with precision
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude
- Willingness to assist in various tasks within the food service environment
