A Reservationist assists customers over the phone, answering their questions, referring them to resources, sharing details and organizing their travel or reservation plans. Assist in booking restaurant, spa, or hotel reservations, and make it as easy as possible for the guest.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about the area and the properties
• Assist in the booking process, and guide potential guests to the most suitable stay
• Accept payments
• Maintain proper protocols
• Refer them to the correct party if you don’t have the answer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Conflict resolution experience
• Patience and good listening skills
• Computer skills or ability to learn booking software
