About The Role

This position is responsible for assisting logistics manager to perform customer facing functions of sales support, warranty tracking, sales order entry and shipping. This position would also assist in our warehouse. receiving, picking and packaging parts for shipments. Forklift certification required.

This Position will be based in the Wilsonville, Oregon office and will be reporting to Logistics Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to clients regarding contract sales, spare parts and warranty orders and freighting within designated timeframes.
• Manage the order and shipping processing to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of customer orders for both Domestic and international deliveries.
• Provide accurate, timely, customer focused administration of all orders.
• Ensure invoices are raised and processed accurately, including delivered to clients within the required timeframes.
• Complete required reports accurately and within designated timeframes
• Assist in warehouse as time permits.

Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge

• No specific qualification is essential for this position.
• Experience in booking air & sea freight and coordinating export shipments (local and international) is preferred.
• Experience with ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX systems is advantageous.
• Exposure to the manufacturing industry (specifically food and packaging) is advantageous.
• Forklift certification required (training will be provided)
• Solid knowledge of MRP stock control procedures
• Knowledge of sales order processing and invoicing
