We are seeking a Warehouse & Delivery Supervisor to support our management team and lead our staff in ensuring safety, efficiency, and seamless customer delivery. This dynamic role is integral to our operations and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse management in daily operations.
• Complete daily paperwork in a timely manner.
• Supervise warehouse/delivery staff to ensure efficiency, safety, and time management.
• Resolve delivery issues in consultation with management.
• Ensure all products are properly tagged and labeled.
• Ensure accurate inventory management.
• Oversee store and warehouse maintenance, ensuring all locations are clean and organized.
• Ensure equipment and delivery vehicles are maintained in safe operating condition.
• Determine labor needs and coordinate temporary assistance as needed.
• Complete performance evaluations and documentation with management’s assistance.
• Perform role of Delivery Driver when needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry 100 pounds with an assistant.
• Valid Driver license (non-CDL).
• Three (3) years of acceptable driving history.
• Must be 21 or older to qualify for insurance purposes.
• Ability to pass a 5-panel drug test.
