The Technology Solutions Manager plays a critical across a wide variety of complex initiatives, leading scoping discussions, tech feasibility determination, technical visioning and setting the overall technical delivery strategy. The Technology Solutions Manager partners with the business to drive prioritization and solution delivery approach within business processes, and across technology groups to ensure design and delivery of a complete and concise solution that addresses the business need.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Management
    • Handles inception activities, including breakdown of business requirements and technical scope definition.
    • Partners with Senior level resources to define technology strategy approach for business process initiatives and to provide recommendations on scope delivery planning.
    • Serves as technical owner (accountable IT representative) and is responsible for technical stewardship of the full variety of business deployment initiatives.
    • Supports the delivery of technology solutions within business processes by providing leadership in analysis, design, and project and product management.
    • Supports issue triage on escalation resolution for technical solution issues.
  • Strategy
    • Partners with the business and technical teams to drive strategy, prioritization, approach, and goals of initiative.
    • Prepares high level solution design presentations for business and org leadership review.
    • Serve as a SME of existing functionality for a channel.
  • Relationship and People Management
    • Performs day-to-day management of business stakeholder relationships on cross domain initiatives.
    • Provides leadership in evolving design and orchestrates solutions across domain teams.
    • Identifies, analyzes, and synthesizes information, applying critical thought to present the information in a clear and meaningful way.
    • Works independently as well as collaboratively.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or a related field of study or equivalent years of experience(Required)

Work Experience:

  • 4-7 years Related working experience. (Required)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Excel, PowerBI, SharePoint (Required)
  • Planview (Preferred)
  • SOX Compliance experience (Preferred)
  • CPNI security controls experience (Preferred)
  • Automation of processes (Preferred)
  • Analytics (Required)
  • Communicates technical and functional solutions optimally and efficiently. (Required)
