We are a Houston-based business that specializes in Roll Up Shutters, Garage Doors, and Exterior/Interior Shades, all of which are motorized. Our demand has outgrown our team and we are expanding our company. Our warehouse is in Houston Heights but we serve surrounding Houston areas. We are looking for someone to grow with the company.

Job Description

• Build & Assemble Doors, Shutters, and Shades
• Pull product from inventory and stage products for building
• Ensure daily accuracy of work for inventory control and accountability
• Unload material from shipping containers/orders
• Help load doors, shutters, and shades daily
• Place product back into inventory
• Test doors, shutters & shades
• Go out on repairs as needed using TMAX company vehicle and tools

Skills & Requirements:

• EXPERIENCE WITH ROLLER DOORS, WINDOWS, OR SHADES ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
• Experience with tools and/or electronics
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out given instructions
• Ability to multitask
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 100lbs. Repetitively lift, carry, and position product (weighing up to 100 lbs.)
• Ability to lift above shoulder height without assistance
• Self motivated & able work independently when required
• Close attention to detail
• Ability to use drills, tools, etc
• Ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination

Pay & Hours:

• Must report to warehouse Monday-Friday 9am-5:00pm with an unpaid lunch
• Pay can vary based on experience
• Overtime if needed

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $15.00 - $20.00/hour.
