TLT Distributors is Hiring a Direct Sales Representative - 80K + Near Burlington, VT
This is a very rapidly growing company specializing in direct sales distribution of high-quality, in-demand products.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Direct Sales Representative . The successful candidate will be responsible for sales, collecting payment on site and delivering our products directly to customers while providing outstanding customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a clean driving record.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely, efficiently, and promptly deliver products to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering customer questions regarding products and addressing any concerns
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, payments, and expenses
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle
- Adhere to all statutory and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Previous experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
