TLC Sign has been installing signs, graphics, field lighting and more for 30 years. We offer a positive and friendly work environment. We are currently looking to hire a Service Technician. This is a position that will grant you the ability to work independently with a daily variety of tasks. You will be traveling to job sites and working primarily outdoors in a niche market that provides a stable long-term career. TLC Sign has a strong reputation with our customers who are located mostly throughout Central and Northeastern Wisconsin. What duties are we asking of you?

• Install & service a variety of signage
• Change out lamps, ballast, sockets, wiring, etc. in existing signs or commercial lighting
• Operate heavy construction equipment
• Use basic power tools and hand tools
• Document service and installation tasks performed using a provided smartphone

What qualities does our ideal candidate possess?

• Excellent driving record with a CDL (preferred)
• Basic constructions skills
• Customer service skills – Maintain customer relationships with your positive attitude and thorough explanations
• Be comfortable working at heights and in the elements
• Energetic, positive personality with strong personal ethics
• Physically capable to lift 50lbs, twist, reach, stand, and drive for periods of time
• Self-starter who can troubleshoot and make the right decision with little guidance
• Quick and eager to learn new things

Salary: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
