Needing a qualified gas fireplace service technician. Job would include tech driving to various customers’ homes, diagnosing, fixing, and collecting invoices from customers as jobs occur. HVAC techs are very close and good stepping stone to service these appliances. Most have clean drivers record, clean personnel record, ability to govern yourself, experience with gas lines, gas valves, etc a must. Will be expected to go to work in the field immediately. Salary will be negotiated based on your experience and willingness to work. Do not apply if you have never done this type of work.

· EXPERIENCE
* Strong mechanical and technical skills required.
* Ability to learn quickly, read manuals, and work independently.
* Previous technician experience (in fireplace repair, appliances, HVAC or related field) preferred.
* Will train the right candidate.
* Clean DVM required.

· PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide warranty and repair services on gas and wood fireplaces, stoves and inserts
* Start up new fireplace installations and train customers on proper use
* Install glass doors and gas logs into existing homes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
