To provide exceptional customer service in all interactions via phone or in person based on current business needs.

Job Requirements

• Ability to understand and operate a Zoom phone system.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Technical knowledge to assist with data entry.
• Ability to build relationships with customers, vendors and co-workers.
• Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to changes in systems or co-workers' responsibilities.
• Provide exceptional customer service in the areas of answering the phone; fax and email communication; mail receipt, delivery & postage; and walk-in customer service.
• Bilingual.
