Evening Babysitters URGENT HIRING in Miami Beach, Florida

Description:

We are seeking reliable and caring babysitters for our children during evening hours in Miami Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate will provide a safe and engaging environment for our kids.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive pay ranging from $17 to $19 per hour
• Occasional bonuses and travel incentives (Weekly pay, every Friday)
• Overtime pay (Time and a half) for hours exceeding 40 per week

How it Works:

• TLC contacts you with Babysitter and Senior Care shifts
• You select shifts that fit your availability (similar to a Substitute Teacher)
• Travel up to 10 to 15 miles from your location may be required

Schedule:

• Availability for at least 3 to 5 weekdays (Monday through Friday)

Common evening babysitting shift hours in might be:
4:00 PM to 11:00 PM
5:00 PM to 12:00 AM
6:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Requirements:

• Legal work status in the US
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma graduate
• 2 Childcare references
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
• Comfortable using texting as the main form of communication
• Able to commit a minimum of 3 months to the program
• Child, Infant & Adult CPR and First Aid certification BEFORE employment
