A high-quality candidate will have basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical and customer service knowledge. This candidate will be skilled in a wide range of areas, but they will also be able to recognize when a repair is outside of their skill set and make a recommendation to their supervisor. Handyman skills and qualifications might include:
- Ability to safely use common power and hand tools
- HVAC knowledge and repair skills
- Experience installing and replacing plumbing systems
- Strong communication skills with property management.
- Self-starter with good time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.08 - $23.01 per hour
