OVERALL POSITION PURPOSE:

Responsible for creating the Cycle Count schedule for the year, creating the daily Cycle Count sheet for the Cycle Count team, help out with Obsolete inventory/reduction, update the Bin Location from the WH Move Tickets in a timely fashion, be the 2nd counter by performing cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly verified to be reflective of reported inventory. Supports the organization in maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity.

CORE TASKS:

1. 1. Creating the Cycle Count plan for the year. Plan the week and/or Daily counts to the plan.

2. Work with Procurement on all POD’s that are needed for the Cycle Count

3. Create any NCR for PSM when found that the UOM are wrong in SAP. Work with them on getting it fixed.

4. Create any NCR for Eng. when it’s found that the BOM’s have the wrong QTY, UOM wrong

5. Performs any 2nd cycle counts on raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and non-conforming materials on a daily basis.

6. Counts and reconciles to a Cycle Count plan

7. Identifies any non-conforming parts and moves them to quality/MRB Crib, work with QC on getting the NCR created

8. Assist in developing solutions to overages, and inventory discrepancies

9. Participate and add value as a member of the Manufacturing Control Department.

10. Engages in effective communication within and across all departments.

11. Participate in Company Safety Program through safety meetings, audits, following good safe work practices and maintaining a safety and clean work environment.

12. Perform other related duties as assigned, to ensure workload coverage.

13. Ensures commitment to quality by meeting and exceeding our customer expectations and continuously improving our quality management system and their processes to create value for customers, employees, and shareholders.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 56 per week
