We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lifesciences Headhunter to join our team in Princeton, NJ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in the life-sciences industry, helping our clients build high-performing teams and achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies to identify and attract top life-sciences talent.
Build strong relationships with clients and potential candidates, acting as a trusted advisor to both.
Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit for various roles.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the life-sciences industry and market trends, keeping up-to-date on the latest developments and innovations.
Collaborate with the partners, hiring managers and HR teams to develop job descriptions, salary ranges, and offer packages.
Negotiate offers with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

5 years of experience in recruiting for the lifesciences industry.
Strong network of contacts within the industry and an understanding of the market trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and positive demeanor
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field
