TJ Aerospace is seeking a high- energy and experienced Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for reporting the P&L to BODs

· Support the BODs for the annual business plan and financial analysis

· Reconciles all balance sheet accounts, reviewing for input accuracy, and prepares financial statements and general ledger entries, including fixed asset and depreciation schedules

· Full-cycle Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and general ledger duties, reconciliation of monthly sales commission reports, preparation of annual 1099’s

· Maintain Chart of Accounts and daily monitoring of Petty Cash and other Cash Accounts, Cash Flow

· Prepares and processes ACH, wire, and check payments

· Ensures compliance with federal, state and company policies, procedures, and regulations

· Other works assigned by the BODs.

Minimum Qualifications:

· More than 5 years experience in business analysis and/or financial control.

· Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.

. Bilingual in Vietnamese and English.

· Solid QuickBooks and Advanced Excel

· Extremely detail-oriented and accurate

· Excellent communication, strategizing, gap analysis, problem-solving, planning, execution, organizational, and time management skills

. BCPA and CMA Certification preferred.
