Titusville Nursing and Rehabilitation is hiring a Maintenance Director to join our team!
Must have Health Care or Assisted Living experience, must have at a minimum 2 years of experience in either health care or assisted living.
We are a skilled nursing facility that has been serving the area for over 40 years. Our facilities are located close to local hospitals. We provide post-acute services, rehabilitative services, skilled nursing, short and long-term care through Registered Nurses.

Requirements include:
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing environment and Life Safety is Required
- Must have (2-3) years of experience as a Physical Plant Manager or Maintenance Director
- HVAC Certification preferred! Current experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Life Safety for a Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Maintenance projects and General repairs
- Routine preventative maintenance
- "Go-Getter" attitude is a plus!
