As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll spearhead the creation and execution of comprehensive content marketing strategies, lead nurturing programs, serve as the lead copywriter for all content, and work in the community at creating strategic relationships. You will be able to do what you do best — meticulously craft strong narratives that drive revenue and engagement.

This position's goal is to convert prospects into leads and create compelling content that will help do just that. Your blank canvas will include all social media platforms, eBooks, blog posts, print articles, direct mail campaigns/newsletters, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Results-driven Content Creation and Publication:  Draft and publish demand generation and lead generation content for various forms of media, including ALL social media platforms, blog posts, monthly newsletters, case studies, paid advertising, and events that yields leads and referral partners
• KPI and Results Accountability  Through your marketing content, have onus around and be directly accountable for generating revenue-producing leads, signed cases, and other key bottom line outcomes (i.e. - this isn’t a role for creating content simply for brand visibility, rather, it’s creating content to produce a result )
• Unified Brand Voice Management:  Cultivate and maintain a harmonious brand voice across all content channels for multiple brands, aligning each with its mission, vision, and values. Your stewardship will ensure cohesive brand narratives across digital and traditional mediums, reinforcing brand identities and fostering audience connection.
• Cross-Channel Content Scheduling:  Oversee a centralized content calendar, meticulously planning and scheduling content for multiple forms of marketing. Your strategic oversight will balance and prioritize content to support overarching marketing goals, audience engagement, and brand-specific objectives.
• Innovative Content Campaigns for Brand Growth:  Initiate and manage groundbreaking content marketing and lead nurturing campaigns tailored to our firm's target audience and growth aspirations. Your expertise in social media content, community marketing, and direct mail projects will be critical in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Social Media Strategy Across Brands:  Create a distinctive presence and voice for each on various platforms. Through proactive content creation and community engagement, you’ll foster vibrant brand communities and enhance online visibility.
• Data Driven SEO : Have a working Knowledge of SEO best practices to hold vendors accountable.
• Operational Excellence in Content Delivery:  Your expertise will ensure that content marketing efforts across the portfolio are synchronized, impactful, and seamlessly executed, meeting project milestones and strategic goals.
