The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing and expanding relationships in media channels has a heavy focus on staying current with marketing trends. This role is responsible for trade show management, which includes promotional planning, lead generation and the tracking of all sales and marketing metrics.
CORE & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Possession of a college degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is required. At least 1 year of experience in Marketing or Event Planning is preferred. Required skills include Microsoft Office, with skills in Salesforce, Pipeliner or Sugar CRM preferred. Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload, project deadlines, and possess excellent time management skills. Extensive customer service skills, a high level of professionalism and willingness to handle all planning and details of projects and events, always displaying high energy and a positive attitude. Must thrive in a challenging and fast paced atmosphere where prioritizing and multi-tasking are the norm. Ability to adhere to timelines and turnaround work within tight schedules. Exceptional attention to detail and first-class organizational skills are mandatory. Attitude and spirit are valued and must possess a “do whatever it takes” mentality which includes working independently and cooperatively as a team member, pitching in to help colleagues when needed. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. use of protective gear). Must have the ability to travel both domestically and internationally, so the ability to travel by plane and operate a motor vehicle is required. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record which are acceptable to our insurance provider. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and overnight travel is required.
