Crown Point, with its welcoming community and convenient location, provides an ideal setting for a pediatrician committed to delivering exceptional care to children and families. Our clinic is dedicated to providing comprehensive pediatric services to patients in the Crown Point area.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $200,000 to $230,000 annually
- Vacation: 160 hours
- Personal Time: 40 hours
- Continuing Medical Education (CME): 40 hours, allowance of $2,500
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
- Life Insurance: 1.5x the provider’s salary
- Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
- 401k Plan: matches up to 4%
- FTCA Malpractice Insurance
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care to patients, including well-child visits, immunizations, and acute care.
- Schedules such as 5-8s, 4-10s, ensuring Work / Life Balance
- No On-Call, No Nights, No Weekends
- Full Support Staff to aid in patient care and clinic operations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care for pediatric patients.
Requirements:
- Board-certified or Board-eligible Pediatrician
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach in pediatric care
- Clear and Active Medical License in the State of Indiana
