Titan Hotel Group is looking for a uniquely qualified hospitality leader to join our team as a Regional Director of Operations!

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Director of Operations. As a Regional Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple hotels within a designated region. You will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, managing teams, and ensuring the successful execution of business objectives.

Duties:
-Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve Operations, Guest Services and Revenue
-Lead and manage a team of managers and hotel staff across multiple locations
-Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and process improvement
- Provide guidance and support to hotel managers in areas such as guest services, operations, sales and revenue
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation for the region

Experience:
- Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, and leadership roles
- Strong business development skills with a track record of driving growth and profitability
- Ability to effectively manage and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors
- Experience in operations management, including optimizing processes and managing resources
- Demonstrated ability to provide senior leadership and guidance to teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
