Titan Delivery Solutions is looking to add an Entry-Level Recruiting Associate to the team. We specialize in recruiting Delivery Drivers for Last Mile Delivery companies.

Due to growth we are looking for Recruiting Associates who have a passion for customer service and enjoy a fast-paced environment to join our team.

Duties - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies - Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates - Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews - Assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) - In some cases extend job offers to qualifying candidates - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HRIS

Experience - Proven experience as a Recruiter or Customer Service experience preferred, but if you have a passion for the hustle to succeed, we want to talk to you.

Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
