TRUCK DRIVER - Pennsuco Aggregates Plant

Titan Florida LLC has an opening for a Truck Driver in the Aggregates Division. This wage non-exempt position is assigned to the Quarry Department and will report to the Quarry Superintendent.

Responsibilities

Perform a pre-shift inspection on equipment.

Fill out all required documentation and submit on time.

Move materials to Primary system as main activity and move stockpile materials for cement and aggregates divisions.

Respectfully communicate with the Primary Tower Operator, Loader Operators, lead man, and Quarry Manager.

Maintain equipment operated clean and safe. Report all safety concerns.

Perform utility tasks such as shoveling, water hosing, and others when the primary or truck is down and as required.

Perform safety inspections and actively participate in the safety committees.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of material specifications, preferred.

Basic knowledge of equipment operation, preferred.

Maintain a current Florida Driver's License and a clean Motor Vehicle Record.

Ability to work well with others.

Capable of working in confined spaces.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Able to walk, kneel crouch, crawl, talk and hear.

Safety-minded.

Must be able to speak, read, and write English.

High School Diploma or GED.

Able to walk, kneel crouch, crawl, talk and hear.

Shift

Rotating Shifts. Must be able to work weekends and overtime as necessary.
